Semiya Payasam / Vermicelli Kheer

Semiya Payasam

Ingredients

50 gm Vermicelli

250 ml Milk

30 ml Ghee

50 gm Sugar

1 tbsp Cashew nuts

1 tbsp Raisins

4 nos Cardamom

Method

  1. Heat ghee and fry the vermicelli till lite brown colour
  2. Add Hot milk and bring to boil the vermicelli 
  3. Add sugar and check the sweetness then remove from fire
  4. Fry the cashew nuts and raisins in ghee then transfer into payasam with ghee
  5. Serve hot
