Semiya Payasam
Ingredients
50 gm Vermicelli
250 ml Milk
30 ml Ghee
50 gm Sugar
1 tbsp Cashew nuts
1 tbsp Raisins
4 nos Cardamom
Method
- Heat ghee and fry the vermicelli till lite brown colour
- Add Hot milk and bring to boil the vermicelli
- Add sugar and check the sweetness then remove from fire
- Fry the cashew nuts and raisins in ghee then transfer into payasam with ghee
- Serve hot
