Ingredients
250 gm chicken
50 ml curd
25 ml oil
For grinding
2 nos Red chillies
1 tbsp Cashewnuts
1 tsp Poppy seeds
2 nos Onions ( sliced and browned )
4 nos Garlic
2 cm Ginger
Salt - to taste
Method
- Joint chicken, brown in oi, don't Make over fry. then remove
- Add ground spices and fry over slow fire
- Add chicken, then stir it well and cook gently sprinkling a little water
- When three - fourth done, beat curd into smooth and pour over the chicken
- cook again till chicken is tender
- Garnish with coriander leaves
- Serve it with roties
