Rogini Chicken


Ingredients





250 gm chicken





50 ml curd





25 ml oil





For grinding





2 nos Red chillies





1 tbsp Cashewnuts





1 tsp Poppy seeds





2 nos Onions ( sliced and browned )





4 nos Garlic





2 cm Ginger





Salt - to taste





Method





  1. Joint chicken, brown in oi, don't Make over fry. then remove
  2. Add ground spices and fry over slow fire
  3. Add chicken, then stir it well and cook gently sprinkling a little water
  4. When three - fourth done, beat curd into smooth and pour over the chicken
  5. cook again till chicken is tender
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves
  7. Serve it with roties
