Ingredients
115 gm Split red gram
30 gm Onions
2 nos Green chilies
2 nos Red chillies
Salt to taste
10 nos prawns (boiled and seasoned)
Method
- Wash and soak gram for 2 hours.
- Grind the gram coarsely (or pass through a mincer).
- Mix finely chopped onions, green chillies, coarsely ground red chilles and salt
- Mix well together and shape into 10 small flat rounds about 0.8cm (1/3”) thick.
- Place one prawn on the top of each wada.
- Deep fry till crisp and cooked.
