MASALA WADA


Ingredients





115 gm    Split red gram





30 gm  Onions





2 nos Green chilies





2 nos Red chillies





Salt to taste





10 nos prawns (boiled and seasoned)





Method





  1. Wash and soak gram for 2 hours.
  2. Grind the gram coarsely (or pass through a mincer).
  3. Mix finely chopped onions, green chillies, coarsely ground red chilles and salt
  4. Mix well together and shape into 10 small flat rounds about 0.8cm (1/3”) thick.
  5. Place one prawn on the top of each wada.
  6. Deep fry till crisp and cooked.
