Ginger Toffee / Ginger pal khova / Ginger Milk Barfi


Ingredients





250 ml Condensed milk (or) 1 lit milk ( reduce into 1/4 thickness)





125 gm Sugar





1 tbsp Grated Ginger





30 gm Cashew nuts





5 tbsp Ghee





Method





  1. Heat the kadai and pour the condensed milk ( or ) otherwise pour the milk and reduce it into 1/4 th quantity
  2. Add the sugar into it
  3. Stir it continuously to make it thick
  4. Once the mixture turn into thick then add the roasted and chopped cashew nuts
  5. Apply the fat in tray, keep it ready before itself
  6. Pour the ghee, stir it continuously it turn light golden colour and start to leave the kadai
  7. Pour and spread the mixture into the greased tray
  8. After 15 mins using the knife to cut into desired shape
