Ingredients
250 ml Condensed milk (or) 1 lit milk ( reduce into 1/4 thickness)
125 gm Sugar
1 tbsp Grated Ginger
30 gm Cashew nuts
5 tbsp Ghee
Method
- Heat the kadai and pour the condensed milk ( or ) otherwise pour the milk and reduce it into 1/4 th quantity
- Add the sugar into it
- Stir it continuously to make it thick
- Once the mixture turn into thick then add the roasted and chopped cashew nuts
- Apply the fat in tray, keep it ready before itself
- Pour the ghee, stir it continuously it turn light golden colour and start to leave the kadai
- Pour and spread the mixture into the greased tray
- After 15 mins using the knife to cut into desired shape
