Egg Bhurji

Ingredients

2 nos Egg

1/2 tsp cumin

1 no onion chopped

1 no Green chillies chopped

1 /2 tsp Ginger garlic paste

Salt - a pinch

1/2 tsp Garam masala

1/4 tsp Chilli powder

Turmeric powder - a pinch

1 tsp Coriander leaves

Method

  1. Beat the egg and salt
  2. Heat the oil in pan then add the cumin and curry leaves
  3. Add the chopped onion, greenchillies, ginger garlic paste then saute it well
  4. Add all the masala powders and mix it well
  5. Pour the beated egg into the pan
  6. Scramble the egg continuously to make it a bhurji
  7. Serve it hot with coriander leaves
