Chicken saute Indian Style


Ingredients

250 gm Chicken

3 tbsp oil

For grinding

2 nos Red chillies

1/4 tsp Peppercorns

1 small stick Cinnamon

3 nos Cloves

1/2 tsp fennel

5 nos Garlic

2 cm Ginger

Salt - to taste

1 tbsp Vinegar

1 no Onion

2 nos Tomatoes

Method

  1. Clean and cut the chicken
  2. Grind together all the spices with salt and vinegar
  3. Slice the onion and chopped the tomatoes then keep it aside
  4. Marinate the chicken with the ground masala and keep it aside for 1/2 hour
  5. Heat the oil and fry the remaining spices
  6. Add the sliced onion and saute it well
  7. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook chicken gently till tender
  8. Check the seasoning and serve hot
