Chicken Puff Roll


Ingredients





200 gm Flour





1/2 tsp salt





Water - to mix





20 gm Fat ( for mixing)





100 gm Fat ( for folding )





1 ml Lemon





FOR STUFFING





200 gm Chicken





1 no Onion





1 no Tomato





1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste





1/2 tsp Chilli powder





1/2 tsp Cumin powder





1/2 tsp Pepper powder





1/2 tsp Garam masala





coriander leaves - few





Method





  1. Mix all the ingredients except water
  2. Gradually pour the water to make a dough, knead it well
  3. Cover the dough and leave it for 1/2 an hour
  4. Make the stuffing with chicken - Saute the chopped onion in oil
  5. Add the ginger garlic paste, saute it well.
  6. Add the masalas then add the chopped chicken into it, sprinkle some water to cook the chicken
  7. Make it a dry saute chicken, keep it aside
  8. Sheet the dough and apply the fat in it.
  9. Fold the sheet into 4 times
  10. Again roll the dough and apply the fat, Again fold the dough four times and make a sheet
  11. Cut the sheet into small squares
  12. Keep the stuffing in the center and roll it like a roll
  13. Keep it on the tray and bake it at 200 degree Celsius for 20 mins
