chapati /Chapaties /Chapathi

Ingredients 

100 gm Wheat flour

1/2 tsp Salt

60 ml Luke warm water


Method

  1. Sieve flour, add salt and water and make a stiff dough
  2. Sprinkle some water and set aside for at least 1 hour
  3. knead dough well
  4. divide into small balls
  5. Rolls out using flour
  6. Cook it both sides on a hot griddle
  7. Smear with melted fat and serve hot with gravies
