Ingredients
100 gm Wheat flour
1/2 tsp Salt
60 ml Luke warm water
Method
- Sieve flour, add salt and water and make a stiff dough
- Sprinkle some water and set aside for at least 1 hour
- knead dough well
- divide into small balls
- Rolls out using flour
- Cook it both sides on a hot griddle
- Smear with melted fat and serve hot with gravies
