Batata Kosambri


Ingredients





200 gm Potatoes





2 nos onion





1/4 Grated coconut





salt - to taste





I wedge Lime





1 tbsp Coriander leaves





2 nos Green chillies





Method





  1. Wash and peel then cut into cubes
  2. Chop onions, chillies and coriander leaves
  3. Add grated coconut, lime juice and salt to the potatoes, mix it well and serve
