Ingredients
200 gm Potatoes
2 nos onion
1/4 Grated coconut
salt - to taste
I wedge Lime
1 tbsp Coriander leaves
2 nos Green chillies
Method
- Wash and peel then cut into cubes
- Chop onions, chillies and coriander leaves
- Add grated coconut, lime juice and salt to the potatoes, mix it well and serve
