Ingredients
500 gm Flour
20 gm Sugar
20 gm Fat
yeast 12 gm
1 tsp salt
300 ml Water
2 tsp Vanilla Powder
2 tbsp Milk powder
Method
- Take part of water and mix with yeast
- Add the little quantity of sugar and flour. make a thick paste and keep aside for about 10 mins
- Sieve the flour and keep it ready
- Add salt, sugar, milk powder then mix it well, pour the yeast mixture and mix it well
- Gradually pour the water and make a smooth dough
- Leave it for fermentation up to 30 mins
- Roll it into shape and give rest for 10 mins
- Put the shaped dough in the greased baking mould
- Allow to proof until the dough rises enough
- Bake it at 200 degree Celsius for 30 mins
