Whole meal Bread / Wheat Bread


Ingredients





500 gm Flour





20 gm Sugar





20 gm Fat





yeast 12 gm





1 tsp salt





300 ml Water





2 tsp Vanilla Powder





2 tbsp Milk powder





Method





  1. Take part of water and mix with yeast
  2. Add the little quantity of sugar and flour. make a thick paste and keep aside for about 10 mins
  3. Sieve the flour and keep it ready
  4. Add salt, sugar, milk powder then mix it well, pour the yeast mixture and mix it well
  5. Gradually pour the water and make a smooth dough
  6. Leave it for fermentation up to 30 mins
  7. Roll it into shape and give rest for 10 mins
  8. Put the shaped dough in the greased baking mould
  9. Allow to proof until the dough rises enough
  10. Bake it at 200 degree Celsius for 30 mins
