Pineapple Tartlets


Ingredients





For Dough





100 gm Refined flour





30 gm Powdered sugar





60 gm Fat





1 tsp Vanilla powder





Salt - Pinch





water - to mix





For Stuffing





200 gm Pineapple slices





166 gm Butter





100 gm Powdered sugar





3 nos Eggs





100 gm Biscuit Crumbs





1 ml Pineapple essence





Method





  1. Cream the butter and sugar till it became light and fluffy cream
  2. Add beaten eggs gradually and mix it well
  3. Add the chopped pineapple and pineapple essence
  4. Add the biscuit crumbs and keep aside
  5. Prepare the dough with the above ingredients and make it sheet and cut into desired cutter
  6. Place it over the tartlet moulds and prick
  7. Fill 2/3 with the above filling and bake it at 170 degree Celsius for 15 mins
