Ingredients
100 gm cauliflower
100 gm carrot
100 gm potatoes
50 gm Beans
2 tbsp Fried onion
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp chilli powder
2 nos Green chilli paste
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
1 tsp Cumin
1 no cinnamon
3 nos cloves
2 no Star anise
2 tbsp lemon juice
100 ml curd
2 tbsp ghee
2 tbsp Chopped Mint leaves
1 tsp Saffron
Salt - to taste
50 ml Oil
1 no Cucumber
Method
- Wash and cut the cauliflower into small. peel and cut the potatoes , carrot into dices
- String and cut the beans into length
- Boil all the vegetable separately in salted water till tender
- In a frying pan heat oil then add the ginger garlic paste, vegetables, salt, red chilli powder, greenchilli paste, brown onion, cardamom powder, cinnamon cumin, cloves, mint leaves and lemon juice. mix it well
- Pour curd, clarified butter, semi cooked rice, saffron and water and mix it well
- Now apply sticky dough on the edges of the pan, cover with lid to seal it and cook for 20 mins
- Put to rest for 5 mins. mix carefully
- Garnish with boiled eggs, sliced carrot and cucumber, serve hot
