Marble Cookies



Ingredients

160 gm Refined flour

100 gm Powdered Sugar

116 gm Fat

1 no Egg White

5 gm Milk powder

1/4 tsp Baking powder

1/2 tsp vanilla powder

10 gm Cocoa powder

Method

  1. Sieve the flour with baking powder and keep it aside
  2. Cream the fat with powdered sugar till light and fluffy
  3. Add the vanilla powder, milk powder and egg white into the cream then mix it well
  4. Fold the flour and mix to a soft dough
  5. Divide the dough into 4
  6. Mix the cocoa powder into 1/4th of dough
  7. Mix the cocoa dough into the other 3 divided balls, ( don't mix it fully, mix it slightly )
  8. Sheet the dough on a floured table into desired thickness 5 mm, and cut into desired cutter
  9. Arrange it on a clean tray and leave some space for every cookies for spreading
  10. Bake it at 180 degree Celsius for 15 to 20 mins
