Ingredients
160 gm Refined flour
100 gm Powdered Sugar
116 gm Fat
1 no Egg White
5 gm Milk powder
1/4 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla powder
10 gm Cocoa powder
Method
- Sieve the flour with baking powder and keep it aside
- Cream the fat with powdered sugar till light and fluffy
- Add the vanilla powder, milk powder and egg white into the cream then mix it well
- Fold the flour and mix to a soft dough
- Divide the dough into 4
- Mix the cocoa powder into 1/4th of dough
- Mix the cocoa dough into the other 3 divided balls, ( don't mix it fully, mix it slightly )
- Sheet the dough on a floured table into desired thickness 5 mm, and cut into desired cutter
- Arrange it on a clean tray and leave some space for every cookies for spreading
- Bake it at 180 degree
Celsius
for 15 to 20 mins
