Maddur Vada



Ingredients

1 cup Rice flour

1/2 cup Semolina ( Sooji)

1/2 cup Refined flour ( Maida )

Curry leaves - Few ( chopped )

1 tbsp Chopped Ginger

1 no Chopped Onion

2 no Greenchilli ( Chopped )

Salt to taste

Method

  1. Mix all the flours, semolina and salt together
  2. Add the chopped ingredients like ginger, greenchillies, onion, curry leaves
  3. Sprinkle the water to make it like chappatti dough
  4. Divide into small balls and make it like flat vada
  5. Fry it in medium hot oil till crispy
  6. Serve it with chutney
