Ingredients
1 cup Rice flour
1/2 cup Semolina ( Sooji)
1/2 cup Refined flour ( Maida )
Curry leaves - Few ( chopped )
1 tbsp Chopped Ginger
1 no Chopped Onion
2 no Greenchilli ( Chopped )
Salt to taste
Method
- Mix all the flours, semolina and salt together
- Add the chopped ingredients like ginger, greenchillies, onion, curry leaves
- Sprinkle the water to make it like chappatti dough
- Divide into small balls and make it like flat vada
- Fry it in medium hot oil till crispy
- Serve it with chutney
