Kesari Bhath/ Rawa Kesari / kesari


100 gm Semolina ( sooji)





100 gm Sugar





15 no Cashew nuts





15 nos Raisins





1/4 tsp cardamom powder





2 pinch saffron or Yellow colour





3 tbsp Ghee





200 ml Water





Method





  1. Soak the saffron in warm milk for 10 mins
  2. Heat the ghee in a pan then add the rawa make it roast in low flame for 8 mins
  3. Side by side, leave the water to boil with colour or Saffron
  4. Add the rawa gradually into the water, stir continuously without rest( avoid lumps )
  5. Leave till cook the rawa
  6. Once the semolina is done then add the sugar, again it will become watery consistency
  7. Stir it continuously make it dry
  8. Fry the Cashew nuts and Raisins in ghee.
  9. Finally pour the nuts with ghee
