Ingredients





250 gm Refined flour ( Maida )





1 tbsp Ghee





For the filling





50 gm sugar powder





1 tsp Cardamom powder





25 gm Cashew nuts





10 gm Raisins





1/2 coconut ( Grated )





1 tsp Poppy seeds





4 tsp Oil





Method





  1. Roast and crush cashew nuts
  2. Sieve the flour, Pour melted ghee and knead to a smooth dough by adding water
  3. cover and leave it for an hour. mix all the ingredients for filling
  4. Make small balls from the dough. roll them into thin circular
  5. Place 1 tbsp of filling in center, fold one edge into other end together
  6. Make sure that the edges are closed to avoid spilling while frying
  7. Heat oil and fry till turn golden brown
  8. Store in an airtight container
