Ingredients
200 gm Refined flour
100 gm Fat
100 gm Sugar
1 no Egg
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
5 gm Milk powder
1 Pinch salt
10 ml Water
2 ml Raspberry essence
For Topping
1 tbsp Jam
1/2 tsp Cornflour
Method
- Cream the fat and sugar then add the egg into it to make a fluffy cream
- Add the salt and water then mix it well
- Slowly add the flour and baking powder into the cream and make it soft dough
- Roll it over the floured table and break into small pieces. Round each piece and place it on a clean tray
- Make a shallow hole in the centre of each piece and put a dot of jam ( it should be mixed with a little corn flour )
- Bake it at 175 degree Celsius for 15 mins
