Butter Sponge


Ingredients





200 gm Flour





200 gm Sugar





200 gm Butter





4 nos Eggs





2 gm Baking powder





4 ml Orange essence





20 ml milk





Method





  1. Make it Cream of fat and sugar
  2. Add the egg, essence, milk and make it fluffy cream
  3. Sieve the flour and baking powder then add into the cream mixture
  4. Drop the mixture into the greased mould
  5. Bake it at 175 degree Celsius for 30 mins
