Shrikhand /Yogurt Sweet


Ingredients





4 cups curd (yogurt )





1/4 cup Powdered sugar





1/2 tbsp Cardamom powder





5 nos Almonds / badam ( chopped )





5 nos Cashewnuts ( chopped )





5 nos Pistachio ( chopped )





Saffron - Pinch





Method





  1. Take 4 cups of curd and pour it into muslin cloth ( cotton cloth) and leave it for 1/2 hour, strain out all the water from it
  2. Now you got thick curd, beat it well with cardamom powder, powdered sugar.
  3. Turn out the sweet curd into bowl
  4. Garnish with chopped almonds, Cashew nuts, pistachio and saffron
