Ingredients
4 cups curd (yogurt )
1/4 cup Powdered sugar
1/2 tbsp Cardamom powder
5 nos Almonds / badam ( chopped )
5 nos Cashewnuts ( chopped )
5 nos Pistachio ( chopped )
Saffron - Pinch
Method
- Take 4 cups of curd and pour it into muslin cloth ( cotton cloth) and leave it for 1/2 hour, strain out all the water from it
- Now you got thick curd, beat it well with cardamom powder, powdered sugar.
- Turn out the sweet curd into bowl
- Garnish with chopped almonds, Cashew nuts, pistachio and saffron
