Salli Murg ka korma / Salli chicken khurma






Ingredients





1/2 kg boneless chicken





100 gm Onions





1 tsp turmeric powder





2 tsp chilli powder





10 gm ( 1 tbsp )ginger





10 gm ( 1 tbsp ) garlic





2 tsp garam masala





1 tbsp cumin powder





1 tbsp coriander powder





100 gm curd





50 gm french fries





1/4 bunch coriander leaves





30 ml oil





salt - to taste





Method





  1. cook the onions in water till done
  2. drain and reserve
  3. Heat 30 ml oil in a kadai, add the meat along with ginger garlic paste abd fry till golden brown colour
  4. Add rest of ingredients, except coriander leaves, french fries and garam masala powder
  5. Fry well, stirring constantly till the masalas separate from the oil
  6. Add 3 cups of hot water and cook till done
  7. Remove to a large pan, add onions and simmer till onions are done
  8. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and french fries and serve with Roti's
