Ingredients
1/2 kg boneless chicken
100 gm Onions
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp chilli powder
10 gm ( 1 tbsp )ginger
10 gm ( 1 tbsp ) garlic
2 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp cumin powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
100 gm curd
50 gm french fries
1/4 bunch coriander leaves
30 ml oil
salt - to taste
Method
- cook the onions in water till done
- drain and reserve
- Heat 30 ml oil in a kadai, add the meat along with ginger garlic paste abd fry till golden brown colour
- Add rest of ingredients, except coriander leaves, french fries and garam masala powder
- Fry well, stirring constantly till the masalas separate from the oil
- Add 3 cups of hot water and cook till done
- Remove to a large pan, add onions and simmer till onions are done
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and french fries and serve with Roti's
