Ingredients
250 gm Wheat flour
1 bunch Methi leaves ( fenugreek leaves)
1/2 bunch coriander leaves
1 tsp Chopped ginger
1 tsp chopped greenchillies
3 gm cumin
25 gm jaggery
100 ml curd
50 ml oil
Salt - to taste
Method
- Sieve flour and rub it with oil and salt
- Combine all the ingredients and the masalas and prepare the dough
- Roll out into chapattis about 4 - 5 inch diameter and cook on griddle as parathas
