Ingredients





100 gm Wheat flour





100 gm Gram flour





1 tsp Salt





2 nos Tomatoes





3 nos Greenchillies





2 tbsp Ghee





1 tsp Black pepper





1 tbsp Chopped Coriander





1 Chopped onion





Water to mix





Method





  1. Shift in bowl, wheat flour and gram flour with salt
  2. Add ghee, rub with gingers , chopped tomatoes, chillies and other ingredients
  3. Gradually, add warm water, knead into stiff dough, leave aside for 30 minutes covered
  4. Divide dough into equal portions. Now roll each portion slowly like chapatti
  5. Cook from both the sides. Apply oil/ghee on both the sides
