Ingredients
100 gm Wheat flour
100 gm Gram flour
1 tsp Salt
2 nos Tomatoes
3 nos Greenchillies
2 tbsp Ghee
1 tsp Black pepper
1 tbsp Chopped Coriander
1 Chopped onion
Water to mix
Method
- Shift in bowl, wheat flour and gram flour with salt
- Add ghee, rub with gingers , chopped tomatoes, chillies and other ingredients
- Gradually, add warm water, knead into stiff dough, leave aside for 30 minutes covered
- Divide dough into equal portions. Now roll each portion slowly like chapatti
- Cook from both the sides. Apply oil/ghee on both the sides
