Ingredients
3 nos mashed potatoes
2 tsp Gram flour
1 tsp Green chilli paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tbsp coriander leaves
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp coriander powder
50 gm Refined flour ( Maida )
salt - to taste
1 tbsp oil
Oil for fry
Method
- Mix all the ingredients together like potatoes, gram flour, coriander leaves, sugar, salt, coriander powder, chilli paste, ginger garlic paste. keep aside
- Mix maida and oil and knead to a stiff dough with water
- Divide the dough into 3 and roll each into 1 inch thick strip
- Spread each with the potatoes mixture and roll like a swiss roll and seal edges with water
- Leave uncovered for 15 mins. slice into 1 inch thick slices and pan fry till a golden colour on each side is achieved and it becomes crisp
