Ingredients





3 nos mashed potatoes





2 tsp Gram flour





1 tsp Green chilli paste





1 tsp garlic paste





1 tsp ginger paste





1 tbsp coriander leaves





2 tsp sugar





1 tsp coriander powder





50 gm Refined flour ( Maida )





salt - to taste





1 tbsp oil





Oil for fry





Method





  1. Mix all the ingredients together like potatoes, gram flour, coriander leaves, sugar, salt, coriander powder, chilli paste, ginger garlic paste. keep aside
  2. Mix maida and oil and knead to a stiff dough with water
  3. Divide the dough into 3 and roll each into 1 inch thick strip
  4. Spread each with the potatoes mixture and roll like a swiss roll and seal edges with water
  5. Leave uncovered for 15 mins. slice into 1 inch thick slices and pan fry till a golden colour on each side is achieved and it becomes crisp
