Ingredients
200 gm Dates
2 litres Milk
100 gm Paneer
5 gm Cardamom
20 gm Khoya ( Pal khowa )
20 ml Ghee
100 gm Sugar
Rose essence - Few drops
50 gm Chopped Nuts
Method
- Cut the dates into small slices
- Grate the paneer
- Boil the milk it is reduced to 3/4, and then add dates and paneer into milk then leave it to cook
- Add sugar and cook till the kheer is fairly thick, add the chopped nuts
- Add ground cardamom and rose essence and serve hot with garnish
