Walnut Brownies

 Walnut Brownies 





Ingredients 

75 gm Refined flour 

125 gm Melted chocolate 

2 nos Eggs 

75 gm Castor Sugar

100 gm Salted Butter 

20 gm Walnuts

Method 

1.Chop the chocolate and melt it on a double boil method 

2.Cream the butter with the castor sugar 

3. Start adding the eggs to the butter mixture, a little at a time, creaming well.

4. Once creamed well add in the melted chocolate, the crushed nuts and flour and fold it 

5. Pour the mixture in to lined moulds and bake them at 170℃  for 25 mins 

6. Cool it and serve
