 Walnut Brownies 



Ingredients 

75 gm Refined flour 

275 gm Melted chocolate 

3 nos Eggs 

125 gm Castor Sugar

125 gm Butter or any fat 

150 gm Walnuts

Method 

1. Cream the butter with the castor sugar 

2. Chop the chocolate and melt it on a double boil method 

3. Start adding the eggs to the butter mixture, a little at a time, creaming well.

4. Once creamed well add in the melted chocolate, the crushed nuts and flour and fold it 

5. Pour the mixture in to lined moulds and bake them at 175℃ till done 

6. Cool it and serve
