Sweet Poha / Sweet Pressed Rice/ स्वीट पोहा /இனிப்பு அவுல்
2 cup Pressed Rice
12 tbsp Brown Sugar
5 nos Cardamom (crushed)
1/2 coconut ( Grated )
10 nos Cashewnuts
10 nos Raisins
Method
1. Soak the Pressed rice for 5 mins, then strain the water and keep it aside
2. Grated the coconut, crush the cardamom and brown sugar
3. Mix it all together
