Strawberry Mousse

Strawberry Mousse 



Ingredients 

2 nos Egg yolk

60 gm Castor sugar 

10 gm Gelatin

66 gm Strawberry Puree  

225 gm Cream 

 

Method 

1. Measure all the ingredients 

2. Mix the egg Yolk with castor sugar in a cleam bowl and cook it on a double boil method make it thick 

3. Once it thick remove from double boil and cool it 

4. Add the strawberry puree into the egg yolk mixture and mix it well 

5. Melt the gelatin with hot water 

6. Add the whipped cream to the mixture and whisk it well 

7. Pour the melted gelatin mixture and whisk it well 

8. Pour the mixture into the mould and leave it to set in refrigerator 

9. Once the mousse set remove the mousse from refrigerator
