 Salt Cookies 



Preparation time : 45 mins 

Yield : 400 gm ( 50 nos )

Ingredients 

125 gm Fat 

50 gm Powdered sugar 

12 gm Milk powder 

1 no Egg 

210 gm Refined flour 

3 gm Salt 

Method 

1. Scale the flour with milk powder and salt in it 

2. Cream the butter on the working table 

3. Add the icing sugar and cream them well 

4. Slowly add in the eggs one at a time 

5. Once the mixture is creamed well fold in the flour mixture 

6. Rest the dough for half a hour and then roll to 2 cm thickness and cut them to desired shapes. place them on the greased baking tray

7. Bake them at 175℃ till light brown in colour 

8. Once the cookies are baked remove it from the oven and serve it
