Pav Bhaji Masala / पाव भाजी / பாவ் பாஜி
Ingredients
For Gravy
1 no carrot
2 nos Potatoes
1 cauliflower
1 cup Fresh green peas
3 nos chopped onions
3 nos chopped Tomatoes
1 no chopped Capsicum
2 tbsp Kashmiri chilli powder
3 tbsp Pav Bhaji Masala powder
1 lemon wedge
1 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves
for roasting
3 tbsp Butter
10 nos bun
Method
1. Cut all the desired vegetables and keep it ready
2. Heat the oil in cooker pan, add the cumin and chopped onion then saute it well.
3. Add the 1 tbsp of GG paste make it saute well
4. Add the chopped tomatoes and capsicum then saute well like paste consistency
5. Put all the cuts vegetables into it then mix it well
6. Add 2 tbsp of kashmiri chilli powder and 3 tbsp of pav bhaji masala mix it well with vegetables, pour enough water into it
7.Close the lid and leave it 3 whistles, till mashing consistency
8. Prepare the bun, cut it into two pieces
9. Remove the lid and mash it when hot, squeeze 1 lemon into the gravy, add the chopped coriander leaves.
10. Heat the dosa tawa, then melt the butter and place the bun to roast it.
