Pal kholukattai / Pal Kozhukattai / பால் கொழுக்கட்டை
Ingredients
1/4 kg Rice flour
20 ml Coconut oil
1 cup Sugar
or
1 cup Brown sugar
5 nos Cardamom
1 no Coconut ( for milk)
1 tbsp Rice flour for thickening
Method
1. Rice flour mix it with water and make it thick batter
2. Heat the coconut oil then pour the batter into it
3. Reduce the water to make it thick
4.Make a round ball or cylindrical shape
5. Take the coconut milk from fresh coconut ( grind and extract the milk )
6. Add the brown sugar or white sugar and crushed cardamom
7. Put the balls into the liquid, leave it to boil for 15 mins
8. Thick the milk with little rice flour water
