 Nutty Butter cake / நட்டி பட்டர் கேக் / नटी बटर केक 



Preparation time : 50 mins 

Yield : 1/2 kg ( 15 slices ) 


Ingredients

140 gm Castor sugar 

140 gm Butter 

3 nos Eggs 

170 gm Refined flour 

2 gm Baking powder 

10 gm Almonds ( Badam ) 

10 gm Cashew nuts 

10 gm Pistachios 

Methods 

1. Measure all the ingredients and soften the butter on the working table 

2. Add the sugar and cream it well 

3. Start adding in the eggs, a little at a time, creaming it well

4. Sieve the flour with the baking powder and fold it into the creamed mixture along with the crushed nuts 

5. Pour them in the cake mould and bake them at 175℃ till done 

6. Once baked, remove it from the oven and cool them on wire rack and then serve it.
