French Tea Cake
Preparation Time : 50 mins
Yield : 1/2 kg
Ingredients
125 gm Butter
125 gm Castor sugar ( powdered sugar )
125 gm Refined flour
3 nos Eggs
15 gm Soaked fruits
Method :
1. Measure all the ingredients
2. Cream the butter on the working table along with the castor sugar
3. Start adding in the eggs a little at a time to the creaming mixture.
4. Cream it well till all the eggs gets into the butter mixture
5. Once all the eggs are creamed into the batter mixture add in the soaked fruits
6. Fold in the flour gently into the creamed mixture and fold it well
7. Place the batter into cake mould and bake it at 175℃, till baked
8. Once the french tea cake in baked remove it from the oven, demould and cool it.
