 Dhabha Style Paneer Gravy / Panneer Gravy 



Ingredients 

For Marination 

400 gm ( 2 pkt) Paneer 

1 tsp pepper powder 

1 tsp garam masala 

1 tsp kashmiri chilli powder 

1 tsp cumin powder 

1 tsp salt 

1 tbsp curd 

1 lemon wedge 

1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste 

For Gravy 

50 ml Groundnut oil 

2 inch Cinnamon 

3 nos Cloves 

5 nos Cardamom 

2 nos Staranise 

1 no Bay leaf 

2 nos Greenchillies 

2 nos Onion  Chopped 

1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste 

1 tsp Garam masala powder 

2 tbsp Kashmiri chilli powder 

1 tbsp Cumin powder 

1 tbsp Coriander powder 

10 nos Tomatoes ( Puree) 

1 cup Curd 

1 tbsp Sugar 

1 no Capsicum 

3 tbsp Butter for fry 


Method 

1. Marinate the paneer ( cottage cheese ) with all powdered ingredients, keep it aside for 1/2 a hour 










2. Heat the oil in kadai for prepare the gravy. Add the whole garam masalas roast it well then add the greenchillies and onion then saute it well.






3. Onion reach the light brown colour then add the GG paste 



4. Add the powdered masalas like Chilli powder, garam masala, cumin powder and coriander powder then saute it well 


5. Boil and make it a puree, then pour into masala 




6. Leave it 10 mins to cook with the tomato puree 


7. Pour 1 cup of curd into the gravy 



8. Heat the butter in pan, make a light fry of paneer




9. Transfer the fried paneer into the gravy and also add the capsicum into it  




10.Leave a 10 mins to cook the capsicum into the gravy, cook till oil come out stage  



11. Serve it with chapatti, paratha, and rotis
