DAHI VERMICELLI / CURD SEMIYA/THAIR SEMIYA
INGREDIENTS
200 gm Vermicelli
350 gm Curd (Fresh)
Salt to taste
5 gm Green chillies
5 gm Ginger
2 gm Mustard
2 gm Asafoetida
2 gm Curry leaves
1 gm Red chilli
10 ml Oil
Method
- Boil the Vermicelli.
- Mix with curd. chopped green chillies, salt and ginger.
- Heat oil.
- Fry mustard seeds, asafoetida, curry leaves and whole red chilli.
- Pour over vermicelli mixture.
- Mix well and serve with pickles.
