Coffee Cake / कॉफ़ी केक / காபி கேக்
Preparation Time : 50 mins
Yield : 20 slices ( 500 gm)
Ingredients
160 gm Butter
116 gm Castor Sugar
2 nos Eggs
160 gm Refined flour
60 gm BLack coffee
Method
1. Measure all the ingredients
2. Cream the butter on a working table along with the castor sugar
3. Slowly start adding the eggs, a little at a time creaming the mixture well
4. Once all the eggs have been added into the butter mixture add in the black coffee and mix it well
5. Fold in the cake flour into the above mixture and bake it in cake mould at 180℃ till done
6. Once baked remove it from the oven and cool it. slice and serve it
