Chocolate Coffee Mousse
Ingredients
1 no egg yolk
30 gm Castor Sugar
3 gm Instant Coffee Powder
5 ml Hot water
4 gm Gelatin
70 gm Whipped cream
15 gm Chocolate
Method
1. Measure all the ingredients
2. Mix the egg yolk with the castor sugar in a clean bowl and cook it on double boil method till it thick
3. Melt the chocolate on double boil method, add it to the egg mixture, then mix it well
4. Mix the hot water into the instant coffee powder and pour it to the above mixture and also add the whipped cream
5. Soak the gelatin in hot water, melt it, then mix it with above mixture
6. Pour the mixture into the mould and leave it in the refrigerator
7. Once it set, remove from chiller, then demould it and serve it
