Chocolate chip Cookies
Preparation time : 45 mins
yield : 35 nos ( 350 gm )
Ingredients
125 gm Refined flour
15 gm Powdered sugar
40 gm Brown Sugar
1/2 no Egg
2 gm Baking powder
110 gm Chocolate chips
55 gm Fat
Method
1. Measure all the ingredients
2. Cream the fat with the castor sugar and brown sugar on a clean working table or vessel
3. Slowly start adding the egg, Creaming the mixture well
4. Once all the egg is used for Creaming and also the mixture is light and fluffy fold in the flour mixed with the chocolate chips and baking powder.
5. Mix the dough so that it binds well
6. Rest the dough for 30 mins, after resting, Divided into each small balls and leave them on a greased baking tray
7. Bake them at 180℃ for 20 mins till done
8. Once baked, remove from tray and cool it, then serve
