Banana Cake / வாழை பழ கேக் / बनाना केक
Yield : 1/2 kg
Ingredients
2 nos Banana
140 gm Castor sugar
140 gm Refined flour
5 gm Baking powder
1 no Egg
45 ml Oil
55 ml Milk
Method
1. Cream the banana with the castor sugar on the working table or vessel
2. Slowly start adding in the eggs, a little at a time
3. Once all the eggs have been added into the creamed banana mixture
4. Pour the milk and oil, mix it gently to bind it well
5. Gently fold in the flour sieved with the baking powder into the creamed mixture
6. Pour them into the lined cake mould and bake them at 175℃ till it is done
7. Once baked remove it from the oven and cool it on a wire rack and serve it
