Paneer Roast / Paneer Dosa
Ingredients Used
1 no Onion
2 tbsp (chopped) Coriander Leaves
100 gm Paneer
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
3 nos ( Small) Tomatoes
1/2 tbsp Chilly powder
1 tbsp Coriander Powder
1/2 tbsp Cumin Powder
1/2 tbsp Pepper powder
3 tbsp Oil
Method
1. Pre- Prepare the ingredients and keep it ready
2. Heat the oil in kadai then add the Ginger Garlic paste saute it well till to remove the raw flavor
3. When onion turn into light brown colour then add the chopped tomatoes with salt, after tomatoes reach the mashed condition then add the chilly powder, coriander powder and cumin powder
4. Add the grated paneer ( cottage cheese ) into the mixture, mix it well with masala
5. Finally add the pepper powder and chopped coriander leaves , mix it well to make the stuffing
6.Pour the dosa batter into the tawa roll out it into nice dosa, place the Paneer stuffing in center and close it in all three sides, turn it both sides and cook it well
7. Serve it with chutney or sambar
