 Mushroom Gravy / Mushroom Gravy for dosa and chapatti / Kalan Khulambhu - step by step procedure with pictures 

    It is a best suitable gravy for roti/chapatti and dosa. It is Prepared in easy method with available ingredients 



Ingredients 

350 gm ( 2 Pkts) Shell Mushroom 

For Paste 

3 nos Onion 

4 nos Tomatoes 

10 nos Garlic

1 tbsp Ginger 

1 tsp Peppercorns

1 tbsp Cumin

3 nos Red chillies 

1 tbsp Curry powder 

1 tbsp Coriander powder 

1/4 tsp Turmeric powder 

Tempering 

3 tbsp Oil

1 Spring Curry leaves 

3 nos Red chillies 


Method 

1. Pre- prepare all the ingredients for making gravy  



2. Heat the oil in kadai then add all ingredients except tomatoes and powdered masalas


3. After onion reach light brown colour then add the turmeric, curry powder and coriander powder 




4. Add the tomatoes and salt to make it well saute texture, then leave it 10 min for cooling   





5. Grind the masala, Heat the oil then add the curry leaves and red chilies 




6. Pour the water and make gravy consistency, boiling time add the mushroom into it  




7. Serve the gravy with rice or dosa or chapatti
