Melting Moments 



Ingredients 

200 gm Flour 

140 gm Fat

120 gm Powdered Sugar 

1 no Egg

2 gm Baking powder 

10 gm Milk powder 

2 ml Pineapple Essence 

1 ml Vanilla Essence 

Cornflakes ( As Required ) - Crushed 

Method 

1. Cream the fat and sugar 



2. Add the Egg, milk powder, vanilla essence, pineapple essence then mix it well 



3. Add the Sieved flour and baking powder into it to make a soft dough 



4. Divide the dough into an equal size small balls.



5. Roll the balls over the crushed flakes   






6. Place it on a tray and bake it at 180℃ for 25 mins
