200 gm Refined Flour 

100 gm Fat

1 gm Baking powder

40 gm Powdered Sugar

2 gm Salt

20 ml water

20 ml Curd 

20 gm Ginger paste 

20 gm Coriander leaves 

20 gm Curry leaves 

2 nos Green chillies 


Method 

1. Grind the chopped coriander and curry leaves and chillies ( green paste ) 

2. Mix the refined flour with baking powder and salt.

3. Cream the butter with powdered sugar 

4. Add the curd, ginger paste and green paste in refined flour                 mixture and mix it well 

5. Fold flour gently and form a smooth dough 

6. Sheet the dough on a floured table and cut into desired sizes 

7. Arrange them on a cleaned tray and bake it at 180 ℃ for about           20 mins
