Kara sev / Pepper Kara Sev / Milagu Kara Sev
Ingredients
1/2 kg ( 5 cups ) Bengal Gram Flour
150 gm ( 1 1/2 cup ) Rice Flour
10 nos Red chillies
3 tbsp Pepper powder
1 tsp Carom seeds
1 tsp Salt
50 ml ( 1 cup ) Oil
Oil - For fry
Method
1. Firstly grind the red chillies and keep it aside
2. Take the 5 cups of gram flour and 1 and 1/2 cup rice flour then mix it well
3. Add the pepper powder, chilly powder and salt mix it well together
4. For softening the sev, pour 1 cup of oil into it, then mix it all the sides
5. Pour the water to make a dough
6. Take the string hopper then squeeze out into the hot oil to make fry
