 Kadai Fry / Quail Fry / kada roast


Ingredients 

5 nos whole quail 

1tbsp Ginger garlic paste 

1 tsp salt 

2 tbsp Refined flour ( maida )

1 tbsp Cornflour 

1 tbsp Red chilly powder 

1/2 tbsp Curry Powder 

1 tsp Cumin powder 

1/2 tsp Garam masala 


Method 

1. Take all the ingredients together in one vessel, sprinkle the water and make it as like a paste 


ginger garlic paste, chilly powder, salt, cumin powder, garam masala, curry powder, maida and corn flour 

2.  Mix the Quail with the paste and also add the 1 wedge of lemon 


3. Marinate it for a hour 

4. fry it in hot oil and serve it with sliced onion and lemon wedges
