Egg Puff / अंडा पफ / முட்டை பப்ஸ்
For Dough
200 gm Flour
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Lemon juice
Water - to mix
For layer
50 gm Fat
For Stuffing
2 nos Hard boiled Eggs
1 no Onion
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
2 nos Tomatoes
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp chilly powder
1/2 tsp Cumin powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
1/2 tsp Pepper powder
1 tbsp Chopped Coriander leaves
2 tbsp Oil
Method
1. Boil the egg and keep it aside. Measure and take the flour in vessel then mix with salt
2. Gradually pour the water to make the stiff dough, then keep it aside for rest
3. Make the stuffing, firstly heat the oil and add the sliced onion then saute it well
4. Onion turns light brown colour then add the ginger garlic paste
5. Add tomatoes and salt, saute it well, then add all powdered masalas
6. sprinkle some water then make the stuffing as thick sauce
7. Roll out the dough into sheet
8. Apply the fat over the rolled dough, then fold it into 4 or 5 fold9. Repeat the same process for 2 times, then roll it like a thin sheet10. Cut the sheet into equal size square
11. Place the stuffing in center then place the half egg above it, again put masala over it12. Close the sheet in all four sides, if need make egg wash above the puff
13. Bake it at 200℃ for 20 mins
