Dry Fruit pudding / ड्राई फ्रूट पुडिंग /  ட்ரை பிருட்  புட்டிங்



Ingredients 

80 gm Refined flour 

8 gm Corn flour 

80 gm Fat 

80 gm Powdered Sugar 

2 nos Eggs 

1 gm Baking powder 

1 ml Vanilla essence (or) Mixed fruit essence

20 gm cherries 

20 gm Dates 

10 gm Tutti fruity 

10 gm Raisins 



Method 

1. Grease the mould and keep it ready, arrange the dry fruits in bottom, it give attraction on top  



2. Cream the fat with powdered sugar, add the whole eggs then cream it well 




3. Add the salt,essence milk powder into the cream, mix it well.Sieve the flour with cornflour and baking powder then add into the cream mixture gradually 




4. finally, add the mixed dry fruits and fold it, make it as a batter 




 5. Transfer the batter into the prepared mould, bake it at 175℃ for 30 mins 





Note : Rest the cake for 1 hour after baking
