Chocochip Muffins / சாக்கோ சிப் மஃபின்ஸ் / चोको चिप मफ्फिन्स
Ingredients
80 gm Refined Flour
70 gm Fat ( Butter or Vanaspathi or Margarine )
80 gm Powdered Sugar
20 gm Choco chips
2 nos Egg
1 gm Baking powder
1 ml Vanilla essence
10 gm Milk powder
Salt ( pinch )
Method
1. Grease the muffin mould and keep it ready
2. Cream the fat with powdered sugar( divided into 2 parts) and add the beaten egg gradually then cream it well
3. Add the salt,essence milk powder into the cream, mix it well
4. Sieve the flour with baking powder then add into the cream mixture gradually then finally add the choco chips and fold it, make it as a batter
5. Transfer the batter into the prepared mould, bake it at 175℃ for 20 mins
