 Chicken 65


Ingredients
1/2 kg Chicken
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste 
1 tbsp Chilly powder 
1/2 tbsp Garam masala
1 tbsp Cumin Powder 
1 tsp Salt 
3 tbsp Refined flour ( Maida)
1 tbsp Corn flour 
1 tbsp Chopped Curry leaves 
1 tsp Ajwain ( Carom seeds ) 
Ajinomotto ( optional) in this recipe not added.
Colour ( optional) in this recipe not added

For Garnish ( also accompaniment )
1 no Sliced onion 
1 lemon wedge  

Note : Ajinomotto and food colour not added in this recipes 
(without that, the recipe is tasty and beautiful) 

Method 

1. Take all the ingredients as per the measurement 


2. Mix all dry ingredients and then add ginger garlic paste and lemon


 3. Sprinkle the water and mix it as like a paste 


4. Mix the washed chicken into the paste, marinate it for a hour 


5. After minimum a hour deep fried it in hot oil 


6. Serve it with onion and lemon
