Brownie / Cashew nut Brownies/ Walnut Brownies


Ingredients 

2 nos Eggs 

4 gm Baking Powder

160 gm Dark chocolate 

90 gm Butter 

120 gm Sugar 

1 gm Salt 

60 ml Milk 

100 gm Cashew nut / Almond / walnut 

60 gm Flour 

25 gm Cocoa powder 

2 gm Vanilla Powder / essence 


Method 

1. Break up the chocolate and place in a mixing bowl with the butter and sugar

2. place the bowl over a double boiler until the chocolate melts 

3. Add sieved flour with baking powder and beat until it comes smooth 

4.Add beaten eggs and milk 

5. Mix chopped walnuts

6. Pour this mixture into the prepared mould and bake it at 180℃ for 25 minutes 


    Note : Preheat the oven for 5 mins, before baking ( Totally 30 mins )
